3.1 To Our Service Providers

Although Clique IA operates in Canada, please note that some of our service providers who process Personal Information on our behalf may be located outside Québec or Canada.

In all cases in which we disclose your Personal Information outside Québec or Canada, we ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and that a written agreement exists with the third party regarding the handling of your Personal Information.

Before communicating your Personal Information outside Québec, we always conduct a privacy impact assessment to evaluate inherent risks as well as the legal framework applicable in the jurisdiction where your information would be disclosed.

3.3 To Courts, Law Enforcement, Regulators, Public Officials, or Prosecutors

Clique IA takes seriously any real or potential Confidentiality Incident or attempted incident. A “Confidentiality Incident” means any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Personal Information, as well as the loss of such information or any other breach of its protection.
